Apartment and Residence Rules

- Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 10:00. Any changes must be agreed upon in advance with the manager
- The apartment cleaning service is included in the booking
- Mandatory use of bed linen
For hygiene reasons, bed sheets must be used during the stay. Staff may check compliance with this rule. Failure to comply will result in a cleaning and sanitization fee for the mattress. - The kitchen and all utensils are fully available at no additional cost. Guests are kindly requested to clean the dishes, kitchen area, and kitchen textiles used during the stay.
- As the accommodation is part of a residential complex, guests are requested to respect the quiet hours imposed by the common regulations, within the limits of good manners.
